Brown & Brown is a boutique Sydney based firm specialising in conveyancing practice. They have built a reputation for quality service with a dedicated and professional approach.

The team places communication high on their lists of priorities when dealing with clients. For many the purchase or sale of a house can prove to be a stressful time in their lives. Consequently it is important to them that a client does not feel disenfranchised from the conveyancing process.

Their edict is simply to offer prompt, professional service and straightforward advice. Brown & Brown see the conveyancing process as more than just filling out forms. It is an essential step in the process of transferring ownership of property. It is about gathering information concerning a property and preparing documents and liaising with stakeholders for its seamless transfer.

They know only too well that problems in property transactions often arise; not all transactions are straight forward. There are many reasons why delays may occur. Lost titles, finance delays, unforseen circumstances, compliance for subdivisions, problems on survey, timing of settlements are all potential stumbling blocks.
